El grano de carburo de silicio negro es extremadamente duro y contiene 99 % de SiC. Como material abrasivo, es ideal para el chorreado abrasivo, el tratamiento de superficies y el esmerilado de materiales duros como mármol, vidrio, jade, etc. El carburo de silicio se produce mediante un proceso que implica la reacción electroquímica de la sílice (SiO₂), en forma de cuarzo, mezclada con carbono (C) en forma de coque de petróleo crudo.
Característica del producto
1. Buena resistencia a la oxidación y estabilidad química a altas temperaturas.
2. Alta dureza (Mohs 9,2-9,3). Incluso a 2000 °C, mantiene una alta resistencia.
3.Excelente tenacidad.
4. Baja conductividad térmica, lo que lo hace resistente al choque térmico.
5. El contenido mínimo de SiC de alta pureza es del 98,5 %.
6.Alta densidad aparente.
7. La granalla de carburo de silicio negro se lava con agua antes del proceso de fresado, por lo que hay pocas impurezas.
